The company GLE delivers a range of projects which support disadvantaged individuals into employment or self-employment. These projects include job-related training and counselling, advice for setting up a business and support to become job-ready.

Methodology used in the Best Practice
GLE have organised 2 training programmes in Prague on the topic “Entrepreneurship as a way out of social exclusion”. This training, which lasted 10 months, was specifically targeted at the needs of migrant entrepreneurs.
The courses consisted of several modules including:
- Employment or business?;
- Obligations in the beginnings of business;
- Financial planning;
- Fundamentals of accounting;
- Taxes in the Czech Republic.
